The Asian Federation Against Involuntary Disappearances (AFAD) is deeply concerned by the situation faced by its Chairperson, Mr. Khurram Parvez, a human rights defender from Jammu and Kashmir who is currently illegally detained at the Kothi Bagh police station in Srinagar.
